Fitted wardrobes in Mill Hill

About the Area

Mill Hill has a distinctive housing mix — the wide Edwardian semis along The Ridgeway, the 1930s bay-fronted homes around Milespit Hill, and the newer builds closer to Mill Hill Broadway station. Each comes with its own quirks: irregular alcove depths, sloping ceilings in loft conversions, and chimney breasts that eat into what should be a straightforward wall.

Our Approach

We've completed eleven fitted wardrobe installations across NW7, and the one thing they have in common is that none of them were standard. A walk-in wardrobe in a detached home on Hammers Lane needed floor-to-ceiling storage that worked around an existing dormer window. A set of alcove wardrobes in a Victorian conversion on Lawrence Street required the carcasses to be scribed directly to a wall that was anything but flat.

This is the work we find most interesting — not fitting a box into a space, but designing something that makes the space feel like it was always meant to look that way. If you're based in Mill Hill and have a project in mind, we're happy to come and take a look.
